Hi, I'm Leslie!
I’m the founder of Spiritual Unfolding™, a heart-centred holistic wellness practice based in Oakville, Ontario.
I offer Hypnosis, Reiki, Past Life Regression and Family Constellations for those seeking clarity, healing, deeper self-understanding and a greater connection to their inner wisdom.
My own spiritual journey has taught me that sometimes the answers we’re looking for are found by slowing down, turning inward and becoming curious about what lies beneath the surface.
You don’t need to have all the answers before you begin. Sometimes, curiosity is enough.
How I work
I believe there is no single path to healing or self-discovery.
My role is to create a safe, grounded space where you can slow down, explore your inner world and listen more deeply to what is within you.
Whether we’re exploring the subconscious, past lives, family patterns or simply reconnecting with yourself, I approach the work with curiosity, compassion and an open mind.
You don’t have to choose between being grounded and being spiritual. Both can exist together.
My Story
My own journey into this work began at a time when I was doing what I had always done: staying busy, taking care of everything and moving forward.
A few years ago, I experienced some significant health challenges and was told I would need surgery. While preparing for it, my doctor asked me a simple question:
What do you do to rest?
I realized I didn’t really have an answer.
I had spent years moving from one responsibility to the next without truly slowing down or turning inward. That question stayed with me, and somehow became the beginning of a very different chapter in my life.
A friend invited me to a cacao ceremony, which opened the door to meditation, yoga and a community of people exploring spirituality. One experience led to another. I began following what felt like little breadcrumbs, without really knowing where they were leading.
Then one morning, I woke up with two words very clearly in my mind. They seemed to have come out of nowhere. They were just there:
Spiritual Unfolding.
I didn’t know what they meant at the time, but the words stayed with me. Over the following months, I would often hear someone use the words unfold or unfolding, and each time, it felt like a little reminder that those words that had appeared in my mind meant something. That there was something I was meant to remember.
As my own exploration deepened, I became increasingly curious about the subconscious, energy healing, past lives and the deeper patterns that can shape our lives. That curiosity eventually led me to study Clinical Hypnosis at the University of Toronto, followed by training in Past Life Regression and Between Lives. I later completed a two-year Family Constellations program and continued my training in Reiki and other approaches to spiritual exploration.
Over time, the pieces began to come together.
I realized that Spiritual Unfolding was more than a name that had appeared in my mind. It was a reflection of the journey I was already on.
Today, I continue to walk that path myself. I still make space to slow down, listen within and explore the deeper layers of my own experience. And that is what makes this work so meaningful to me: creating a grounded space where others can do the same.

Outside of this work
I’m a mom, a wife and a corporate leader. I love to travel, explore new places and cultures, have fun with friends and spend time in my garden.
These parts of my life keep me grounded and remind me that spiritual growth doesn’t happen apart from everyday life. It unfolds right in the middle of it.
