What this work offers
This Circle creates a grounded, communal space where the deeper movements of your lineage can be witnessed with clarity and compassion. Through this experience, you begin to see how family patterns, emotions, and unspoken stories have shaped your inner world, often in ways that aren’t immediately visible.

No previous experience is needed. You don’t need to know your family history. You don't need to bring your family or partner. You’re welcome to arrive as you are.
What to expect
This is a guided group workshop held with presence, respect, and emotional safety.
During the circle, you:
- Receive your own constellation
- Participate as a representative
- Witness the movement of the group field
- Experience insight, grounding, or a shift in your inner landscape
Every role is meaningful.
